Working in production can be tough. It requires a lot of attention, regular physical activity, and can be hot, especially during the summer. It is not for everyone but for some, it is a lifelong relationship.

Current Openings

Production Floor Shop Hand- Assist press team with tear down and clean up, transport screens, squeegees, and floodbars. Help maintain production area with routine cleaning, supply management, and upkeep. Help fill in on press or back of belt. This position works well for people who like a variety of tasks each day and enjoy playing a facilitative role.

Screen Room Tech- Screen maintenance and cleaning, coat screens, reclaim screens, work with team members on getting orders done correctly and timely. This is a great position for someone who likes to throw in some headphones and knock out repetitive tasks.

Some Roles Available Down the Road

Quality Control/Catcher: the TEAM at the end of the dryer, take shirts from the dryer belt and stack them looking for and small errors or damages, box up completed jobs and prepare to be added to the completed shelf. Attention to detail and thoroughness is essential in this position

Shipping and Receiving Clerk- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies service providerS. Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments

Press Operator: The rulers of the press machines, Executes the set up and running of a job on our automatic presses, 7 color and 2 color presses. Ideally candidates interested in this position have experience in screenprinting.

Production Assistant: Assists our Press Operators directly with the execution of jobs, prepping inks, unloading shirts and placing them on the dryer, cleaning squeegees and taping screens. People who thrive here are those that are interested in screen printing and don’t mind getting their hands dirty.

Fulfillment Specialist: Packaging, Folding, and Inventory Management. Lunch game must be strong with this one. 

Embroidery Operator: Prepare and Hoop Garments, Load Art Files Onto Embroidery Machine, AND Trim Apparel.
